Nordhavn Hotel

A small hotel arrival space designed to be calm, useful and quietly memorable.

The question

How can an arrival feel considered without becoming theatrical?

The study gives reception, waiting and passing through the same visual calm. A deep wine-coloured banquette adds recognition, while timber, plaster and limestone keep the room grounded in use rather than decoration.

Approach

Give public rooms a clear rhythm and somewhere to pause

This fictional work shows an atmosphere and spatial direction. A real hospitality project would be shaped with operational input, accessibility requirements and a defined service model.
